Decades ago, pickup trucks became much more than utility vehicles. These days, each manufacturer offers luxurious variants of its pickup, which come packed with loads of premium features, whether it’s about standard equipment, interior materials, or something third. Of course, the same trend will continue in the future and the next year will even bring some novelties in this aspect to us. By novelties, with think of the even higher level of luxury than before.
We will see more luxury trim levels of the familiar nameplates in the world of pickup trucks, but also keep in mind that new players are entering the game as well. This particularly refers to electric pickup trucks. These models will be very expensive, which is the fact that makes them luxurious, even though we still don’t know for sure the level of interior quality, number of features etc.
So, here is our list of top 2023 luxury pickup trucks:
Ford F-150 Platinum and Limited
Platinum and Limited are the two trim levels that sit at the top of the F-150 range. Although mid-range options like Lariat are already well-equipped, these two come with features you would normally expect to see in a luxury SUV. For example, the Platinum comes standard with massaging seats, power-deployable running boards and traffic sign recognition. The price is also premium, as it starts at around 60.000 dollars.
For an extra $10.000, you can get the Limited trim, which offers even more equipment. This model comes equipped with goodies like a mightful 18-speaker audio system, as well as with power tailgate with a deployable step, trailer reverse guidance, trailer backup assist, a moonroof, a surround-view parking camera system, parallel and perpendicular park assist.
Ram 1500 Limited
The current generation of Ram’s half-ton pickup has been around for a couple of years and has already become famous for its impressive interior quality. That’s particularly noticeable in the Limited trim, which starts at around 57.000 dollars.
The interior combines leather and other premium materials, while the build quality is excellent. Also, there is a long list of premium features that you can’t get in lower trim levels. Some of the highlights are features like a 12-inch vertically oriented touch screen, power running boards, a four-corner air suspension system, blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, and wireless device charging.
The Ram 1500 Limited comes standard with a 5.7-liter V8 engine, but you can also configure it with a 3.0-liter turbodiesel.
Chevy Silverado 1500 High Country
Chevy may not have versions that are as luxurious as rivals from Ram and Ford, but the High Country is a fairly equipped pickup truck. It comes with unique styling details, which emphasize its range-topping character, while we also like the fact that you can configure it with both gasoline and diesel engine.
Also, we expect to see a big update next year, with a new interior design, which will look more upscale than before. Naturally, we also expect to see more features, including a bigger infotainment screen. Among features you can’t get in cheaper versions of Silverado 1500, we should mention tech goodies like a digital gauge cluster, a seven-speaker Bose audio system, navigation, and wireless device charging.
The current Chevy Silverado 1500 High Country starts at around 55.000 dollars.
GMC Sierra 1500 Denali
The well-known Denali badge has always been reserved for the most prestigious variants of every GMC model. Of course, Sierra is no exception. The Sierra Denali comes with more standard equipment than the rest of the lineup, but also comes with unique styling details. It features a different grille, unique alloy wheels, lots of chrome.
Also, keep in mind that the 2022 model is coming with big updates. We expect to see a completely new interior design, which will once again come with lots of exclusive details. This trim level comes with lots of exclusive features. From what we can see so far, the new iteration will come standard with a massive 14.0-inch touchscreen. We can also notice unique color schemes and super-fine materials, such as leather and other soft-touch goodies. We expect that the new Toyota Tundra Platinum will be offered with both turbo V6 and a hybrid powertrain. Also, we count on the 1794 Edition model, which offers the same amount of features, but comes with a couple of unique styling details.
We expect that the starting price will go around 55.000 dollars.

The famous nameplate is coming back and the first variant to come will be a pickup truck. The new model will be all-electric and from what we can hear, it will feature three electric motors, with a total output of 1.000 horsepower and 1.100 pound-feet of torque, while the max range should go over 300 miles.
The Edition One is the variant of the pickup that will come first. It will cost over 112.000 dollars, so our expectations regarding luxury are high. From what we can see on the photos, the cabin will look very interesting, with a couple of details that celebrate the company’s participation in the Apollo lunar mission. Also, there is a massive 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, as well as an even bigger 13.4-inch infotainment screen. More details should come in the near future.

According to the latest reports, it will hit the market by the end of the year and the first version to come will be the Launch Edition trim, which will also be the most luxurious version of the pickup. It will come fully loaded with tech and safety features, so it will certainly be a luxury pickup. The starting price should go around 75.000 dollars.
The new pickup will come with a premium cabin, which combines leather, wood and other premium materials. There is also a large number of tech features, which include a digital instrument cluster, massive infotainment screen and all kinds of connectivity features.
When it comes to the drivetrain, each engine will come with its own electric motor. The total output will go around 800 horsepower, which will be enough to move this pickup from zero to sixty in about three seconds. Models with a bigger battery should be able to make over 400 miles on a single charge.
